GFX comparing

[Confusion]

i found two very diffrent cards in same price range
first its
Sapphire Radeon R9 380 Nitro 4GB
second is
ASUS GeForce GTX 960 STRIX 4GB

What is the best buy for "me" ?? I know that gtx is much more economic on using less watts (big diffrens)
but when it comes to speed and for the upcoming stuff??
