Nvidia optimization

Well for the boys out there that want that games automaticly run 'decent' without needing to fiddle around in settings etc.
Check out something new of Nvidia, called geforce experience.

I'm not going to explain it, just watch this part of the persconference of Nvidia @ ces2013.
